Molly Sommerhalder is a IAWP Certified Holistic Wellness Coach and the founder of Swan in the Lotus Yoga and Wellness.
She’s also a Women’s Embodiment Coach and a Bhakti-Infused Yoga teacher.
Molly’s mission is to help stressed out women aged 35-55 who are struggling with pelvic floor issues to find balance and courage so they can transition into a sacred and healthy life.
