How does the program work?
It’s simple. You sign up, we set up your profile in our interactive classroom and then you jump right in. Then you show up everyday for yourself by committing to work on your program. You share with others in our Wellness 360 Connect Forum by posting what you’re working on or what goals you want to accomplish each week. You work through your modules. You ask for help whenever you need it. You stay connected, inspired and supported.
What is the average time to complete the program?
There is approximately 100 hours of training. Most participants, if they set a regular weekly schedule, can finish the program in 90 days or less. You have unlimited access to the program, though, and can work through it at your own pace.
What exactly do I get?
You’ll gain access to our online, interactive classroom built on a state-of-the-art learning platform. It’s easy to use and navigate and you don’t need to have any technical skills.
