#053 – Real Wellness Trends

Holistic wellness has become a hot topic in recent years. The pandemic has caused a lot of people to look inward, and many people are coming out the other side wanting to become a happier, healthier version of themselves.

But most of the “holistic wellness” content we see floating around isn’t really about wellness at all. It’s often about selling products, particularly beauty and weight loss products.

That doesn’t mean there aren’t real wellness trends out there though, and in this episode, we identify five real wellness trends that we think are going to stick around in 2022.
