Welcoming in 2022 has felt different than previous years. Maybe it’s a lack of clarity around what the year will bring, or perhaps we’re simply off to a slower start than usual. The pressure of setting new year’s resolutions is very real this time of year, but many are taking a different approach in 2022.

Manifesting, or using your thoughts, feelings, and intentions to bring something into reality, can be a great approach to experiment with this year. Slowing down and taking time to dream and reimagine your life can help you decide how you are best going to show up and grow in 2022 and beyond.
